I just received a pic through mms and I haven't altered it at all! Is this working for everyone? I tried to forward it with no luck. Well at least I can receive for now. I'm having a whole other problem with syncing that I have to worry about before I can worry about sending mms ( see other post)!

Did you call Att to get your account to normal messaging? I just received the viewmymessage thing today and I'm on 3.0 without the hack.

No, I didn't call or do anything! My wife said " you got a message of a fat naked woman holding a gun while you were in the shower". So I tried to forward it to see if mms was fully working but it didn't send. Maybe they are changing something in the system and it will be working soon!

i have a 3g, running 3.0 and got the view my message crap last night, no mms here...but i did discover, forget what post i found it in, that you can "email" pictures to your friends phone's email address (eg xxx-xxx-xxxx@mms.att.net) and if ppl need to send you a picture they just send it to my email account that i get on my phone anyway...

We've been using the email method for 2 years now.

Do we get charged for others sending us MMS messages?

I would assume it's the same as SMS .

SMS and MMS are counted as the same thing, on a messaging pack. If your not on a messaging pack then its

0.25 per SMS
0.50 per MMS
