Is it possible to save video clips in the built-in Photos app?

I have a couple short videos sent to me in email and when I click on options there is only the choice to move to a folder. Is there any way to put videos in the photos app or move them somewhere other than an email folder?

no. you can get an app like airshare and store it on your phone that way but there is no way to save it like you do a photo
