import iphone sms to pc

hey guys i need some help urgently.

i have some text msgs on my iphone and i need to print them all off for police purposes, so i wanna be able to copy them from iphone to PC.

i have jailbroken my phone and was reading about winscp so i downloaded that and also got ssh or something but dont really know what they do.
also tryed to use loelink which is online version of winscp but didnt work..

any help would be greatly appreciated...

Hi Curtis,

The actual sms database is located at /var/root/Library/SMS/

If you have winscp you need to download openssh from Cydia. This lets you log into your iphone using Winscp. You then need to log in with username root and password alpine.

Go to the folder i mention above, and you can copy the full db back to your pc. The only way i have been able to view it is by putting it back onto an Iphone though, so someone may be able to tell you how to print them when you have them on your pc

finally worked out how to view phones contents..
but when i go in library there is no sms folder just adress book and 7 others, how do i get sms folder to show up???
