Transferring photos from iTouch to PC

Is there a way to transfer iPod Touch screenshots to my PC other than email?

yep. you can sync them through itunes.

if i remember correctly, windows computers recognize iphones as a digital camera, so you should also be able to view your cameral roll in explorer.
