The "Stack" feature (saving multiple copied/cut text) will forever be useful since you can use it to quickly put in passwords, something I use all the time. It looks like I'll still be using one of these in conjunction with Apple's copy/paste.

It depends on the site. Sites like EIC remember them just fine (unless you delete cookies/history) but there are plenty of sites that dont remember your password and sometimes even the email/username

Or what about non-forums?

It's a good idea, not sure I'd keep a password in cleartext in my stack though.

Your iTunes password isn't saved, hClipboard comes in real handy there.
