Cydia keeps crashing on me.

Ok so ive just jailbroke my iPhone 3G using cydia and ive had it installed worked great for like the first 48hours and it keeps entering into "safemode" saying that there was a problem with springboard. How can I avoid this problem am I doing something wrong ?

Does the problem persist after rebooting? Are you running apps in the background? Occasinal springboard crashes aren't anything to worry about, but constant crashes like that may be caused by an error with one of your themes. Try disabling your themes one at a time in Winterboard to attempt to find the culprit. If that doesn't fix it, you may have to restore and rejailbreak.
