How do I change the incoming call sliders

Any one know the location of them to SSH?

I can't remember the exact location at the moment but I will look it up.

I would suggest giving Customize a try. You can change all of the System Strings without having to make it permanent with SSH.

If you download a slider in Cydia and it will be listed under Library -> Themes in your SSH program, but all you need to do is enable them in Winterboard and Respring. If they don't show up after respringing, drag the slider on top of the theme (if it's below it) in Winterboard and respring again.
