Quick JB Question for iPhone 3G 2.2.1

Ok so I really wanna JB my iPhone 3G and I realize I have to wipe everything and totally restore does this mean I will loose all my contacts and if so how can I back them up.

You can back them up in iTunes with a Google/Gmail account (and Yahoo I think). Open iTunes, go to yourname's iphone -> Info -> Contacts. Click the "sync contacts with" box, and choose google/gmail. Put in your gmail account password.
