iPhone Satisfaction Survey - for a college class!

Hi guys,

Not sure if this is allowed here, so I apologize in advance if it's not.

For one of my PR classes here at USC, we are required to create a survey on a topic of our choice. I chose to compare results from Blackberry satisfaction to iPhone satisfaction. It is far from comprehensive, but I think it will give a good (if small) idea of the comparisons. The link below is for users of the iPhone; you needn't have owned or used both to participate!

I took your iPhone survey just now. I was wondering if I could take your BlackBerry survey too considering I use both phones.

I did it. Some of the questions seemed a bit skewed... I'd be interested to see the BB version. But overall a good survey.

I can see how you might see them as skewed...I was definitely targeting specific issues. The Blackberry one is the same, actually. The results are actually in line w/ my hypothesis though so I guess I can't complain too much!

Ah cool. I thought it would be different questions for the BB. I think you have a nice project here. Please share your results, if you find anything interesting.

I took it too, but your first question is flawed. There is no 8GB white iPhone 3G and its not a "2G" iPhone. Its a version one or first gen. The EDGE network is actually a 2.5G in terms of connectivity speeds.

Thanks for pointing that out. Thankfully, you understood what you were being asked and hopefully everyone else will, too. As far as there not being a white 8GB iPhone, I forgot about that, but I guess since it doesn't exist no one will pick that answer (hopefully)..
