Yes there is, it's called Mcleaner:http://www.mcleaner.com/
I use it over iblacklist. So far I like it better.

Hahaha Ok i gave up i just typed in cracked mcleaner and SSHed a crack version onto my existing MCleaner. Voila, Problem solved.
