I just downloaded an app from the app store called "Web Developers Bible". The name under the icon is so large as to render it unreadable. I want to shorten the name. Can somebody out there tell where the file is located, and if I can modify it?

Are your phone jailbreaked? If yes, install "Rename" from Cydia. Not jailbroken? Access the system with SSH and navigate to "Var-->Mobile-->Applications-->xxxxxxxxxxxxxx**

**All applicationfolders on the iPhone uses a "cryptic" name like "hasiua9a09sdd88", so it's hard to say where your app is hiding, so the only thing to do, is searching.

The easiest thing would be if you're jailbroken.
