Recent issues with Safari 4 have come to light. If used in conjunction with iLife '09.
It appears that if you are running iLife '09 and you plug in your iphone to import pictures into iphoto, this will cause iphoto to crash.
This DOES NOT happen with iLife '08.
An uninstall of safari 4 will fix the problem.
