well I am sellig my black one perfect codotopm for 520...
And, I can get one new iPhone 3g white for 540 at AT&T...
600 sounds quite obnoxious...

On CL in my area, they range from $540 to $660 for a brand new one.

Nope 520 is the lowest I can go. After paypal and shipping I lose about 25. So to make it reasonable 520 is the best I can do.

so $499 + $29.94 (6% michigan sale tax) + $10 (shipping to continental US, more if you want priority or insurance) = $538.94 + roughly $20 paypal fee (i'm not gonna lose in this deal) = grand total of $558.94.

oh and i'm still on 2.2 so it can be unlocked

You could buy from AT&T but then you have to sign up for another two year contract at 70 a month.

Well you want 500 and I want 520, I'll settle for 510. And yes if you buy from an AT&T store even unsubsidized they make you sign up for a contract extension. I went through that this fall and ended up canceling my contract after 2 weeks.
