Ladies and gents,

My sister got herself an iPhone 3G and would like me to Jailbreak it for her. I am a Mac user and so my experiences with Jailbreaking are limited to Mac.

Anything I need to watch out for when Jailbreaking on Windows? Do any steps differ from Jailbreaking on Mac?

There is a step-by-step on iClarified.com for Mac and Windows. I used the Windows instructions and it went perfectly.

It's very similar and there are a lot of how videos on youtube. But, you can jailbreak it for her on your Mac if you want and then sync it to her PC.
