we bought 3 new iphone 3g's and 2 of them work perfect concerning voicemail feature. my dad's phone hasn't asked him for his visual voicemail password yet, how do we get this feature working?

My iPhone never asked for a password but my wife's phone has. Call AT&T and see if they can assist you. That's how I got a temp password for my wife's iPhone.

I had the same problem and I did just that. They fixed it right away.
