Trying to redownload 2.2.1

Anyone know how to find the old download so i can delete it and redownload the software? My wife's phone seems to have corrupted software from the new update and I am trying to restore. It's dropping phone calls 15 times a day and giving her "demon" sounds as she put it when she calls people.

I have a mac and can't kind the software dowload anywhere. Please help! Thanks.

you can delete the old one by finding it here:

windows: Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

OSX: Users/username/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates
