I really need some help on what "height" measurement i should choose for the Handbrake program it gives me the width in green, but what height should i choose for awesome quality?

let handbrake choose the height based on the aspect ratio.
just check "keep aspect ratio".

thanks a lot, also....should i leave the file format "m4v or change to MP4" what can i do (settings) to have a great performance? thanks a lot for help man

if you plan to use it in itunes, leave it as .m4v. It won't affect the performance at all.
the other settings you use really depend on what device you plan to view the video on.
I use the Apple Universal preset, and it looks great on my iPhone and AppleTV.

i just want it on the iphone...so leave it? or mp4? cause on iphone.....should i choose "use large file" or what?

to be honest, i'm not sure what the "large file size" checkbox is for.
but if you want it on your iphone, the extension definitely needs to be .m4v.

turns out the "large file size" checkbox is only for situations where the encoded file will be larger than 4GB, so that does not apply in our situation.
