No Cellular Network Conncection

I have a jailbroken iPhone 3G 2.2.1 and while everything else is working fine, everytime I try use the cellular network for internet (Vodafone Australia) I get the error "safari cannot open the page because it is not connected to the internet"

Wifi works fine. I can make calls, SMS and the rest. It's just the cellular network.

Any help would be great!

Do you have any JB settings app installed where the EDGE or 3G is off?

Nope. Just Winterboard, Installer and Cydia. No other apps.

I would try re-jailbreak without Installer - I read somewhere that Installer can mess something up...
