INCIPIO - Amazing Customer Service!!!

I have a crack in the plastic shell and a small tear in my gel part of my case, I called them up and they asked for some pictures, I snapped a couple and they are sending me a brand new case!

Just wanted to share, VERY fast and prompt emails. Great people.

Now thats funny. I emailed them letting them know I lost my video stand and someone emailed me back 10 minutes later saying give us a mailing address and we will have one mailed out. They emailed me back with a USPS tracking number 15 minutes later. I was shocked!

I'd like to echo the praise above. I also had a crack in the plastic shell. I called them up and they asked for some photos. I took a few and they are sending me a new case today! They even included the USPS tracking number for the new case in the e-mail.

It's rare to experience this level of customer service today. I'd definitely recommend Incipio to anybody!
