SSH tutorial?

Can someone point me in the direction to find a SSH tutorial? I've been unable to find much info on how to do it. I want to load themes onto my JB'd iphone (3g v2) but I don't know anything about the process other than i've read it is the SSHing, yes? If there is no tutorial out there, could someone please give me a summary of how to do it please. So Far I know i need to get openSSH from cydia, and winSCP (which i've already gotten) but i'm unsure how to set up/use the winscp program :frown: Thanks a lot in advance for the help :)

you might want to look up something called itunnel. it basically lets you ssh through your usb connection instead of wifi and i think its much easier to use. all i ever have to do now is open itunnel and i get automatically connected.

i dont remember where exactly i got it from, so i dont have a link to it. but if i find it again, ill post back on here.
