I could do this on my iPhone:

1. Choose what folder(s) I put my picture(s) in when using my Camera or saving pictures from Safari.

2. Delete all or some pictures in these folders...like in Camera Roll.

3. Move one or more pictures from folder to folder. (mark them, and this would also be useful if you want to send more than one picture through mail!).

4. Hide the stock icons/apps I don't need - "Contacts", "Weather", "Stock" etc. in iPhone Settings.

....etc.

I know that BossPrefs has the "Poof" thing, but I would like to see this feature on stock iPhone. I don't use the standard weather and stock application, and I can't see why we need the "Contacts" twice?

Okay, Windows Mobile can let you do all that easy and fast. But never go for any Windows Mobile phone, most of them suck, except the HTC Touch Pro which I heard is pretty fantastic, even much better than the Diamond. Oh and HTC phones are the best WM ones.
