So since Circuit City is about to close their doors, I thought now might be the perfect time to upgrade my tv. Right now I have a 32 inch TV. The screen is flat but its not a thin tv that hangs on a wall. Catch my drift?
Okay so I went to walmart today and saw this TV. I took pics of the description and the price tag.

SO... is it worth that? Is that an acceptable price, a great price, or a steep price?
I would prefer to buy it at walmart so that I can return it if there is anything wrong with it, but if Circuit City has one for a significant price drop, then I'd probably fall for it and go that route. WHat do you think?

specs look good, and that is a good price.
i would be VERY wary of making any huge purchases at Circuit City. While i was at work the other day, a customer came in with an Acer Aspire One (little netbook) he just purchased from CC. Turns out the AC adapter was defective, and CC would not exchange it. All sales FINAL. So, if something like that happens, your only recourse is to contact the manufacturer. Kindof a bummer.

That's why I'd prefer walmart. But if I walked in and they were offering the same thing I posted for say... 500 dollars or something... I dunno. I might do it.

Hayes, when bargain shopping for most anything now, I use ChaCha. I text them a question asking them to see what the cheapest they can find it is. If I find a good deal I buy. ChaCha is pretty decent for answering any questions, and entertaining if you want to ask goofy questions.

LOL.....yeah, real people answering these questions! This is going to be very helpful if you can remember you have access to this. If you ever need an answer to most any question, you can ask them for free and they pay people to do the research for you.
I thought I was pretty good at finding information on the internet, so I tried to be a ChaCha guide. I was not even close to being fast enough to be effective at it though (too many distractions). Guides have to find the info that answers the question and supply a link to the answer so if follow up is needed it can be found. Guides get paid too, but I would not be able to do it with my daughter constantly pulling and tugging me to play.

I have a 37 inch Ambilight Phillips LCD and it is amazing, they probably sell it cheaper than when I bought it.
