ringer only at night

Anyone know how to set the phone so that only the ringer sounds at night? I don't to wake up because Chick-fil-a has sent me an email, but I want to hear the phone if it's an emergency.

You can manually disable sounds for programs other than the phone if you only wish to hear it. As far as I know there is not an application that will do it automatically for you.
