my iphone jailbroken opens camera says memory full

hi, i have iphone jailbroken, and upgraded to 2.0 i t has been working well all the time. 2 days ago i opened camera and a message says,,, no space for more pictures, delete some pictures....

so i deleted all the pictures, only 5 remaining, but the camera still says the same... memory full...

any help please, i[m not an expert..
