Lost Visual Voicemail after Jailbreaking

After some troubleshooting with carrier tech support and a restore, I learned that jailbreaking renders the visual voicemail feature on iPhone useless. I'm using 2.2 firmware, but read somewhere from a UK site that there is still a way to get your VVM back after jailbreaking. Does anyone know about this?

U need to go to settings - phone. And enter ur voicemail password.

hey man, same happened to me. just call your service provider and get it reestablished. dont tell them you jailbroke lol.
