Tried to put IPA files in iPhone

Okay. So now that my openSSH is working. I tried putting some ipa files into my iphones but when I tried opening them, it says that the application cannot be opened. What would be the problem here? I followed a set of instructions listed below :

my IPA files cannot be verified by iTunes?

Nope. I already put my ipa files in, just that I can't open them. If it's not verified at all, I won't be able to put anything in right?
