Have a couple questions for those of you that use the truphone app. We will be travelling to Aruba and I need to know what to expect.
1) If I have no international call plan with AT&T and have the truphone app running, will calls to my phone come in over truphone?
2) And if so, will people in the states need to dial the country code before the area code?
3) Will I need to dial the country code for the US when calling back here?
