:o:o:o OK, so I'm an iPhone veteran of six days' standing. Thought I had it nailed! Well, this morning, I got a scare. I use my iPhone as an alarm clock. Alarm goes off, I pick the thing up, dismiss it, and inadvertently take a picture of my white bedroom wall - result absolutely blank white screen. Was I scared!:gasp:

Went downstairs, fired up the PC, iTunes and plugged in the phone. Synched, but still the blank white screen! Oh boy. Anyway, after a restore I discovered what I'd done ........ am I so embarrassed? I can laugh now (everything's hunky dory on the phone - all contacts, etc intact), but whew!:foot:

LOL.... To snooze the alarm or cancel it when it goes off, just hit the home button only....if on a stand (which i dont recommend for obv reasons tired, blind/blurry brain lifts the hand to slap the source of the noise eh yeah...) Press the Sleep/wake button.

I think you jumped to drastic action... when the phone takes a pic the camera is still running...so im sure you would have noticed that you had to go to photos to see the white wall screen...ultimately settling the scare that something went wrong with the phone.
