where can i find the iPhone 3 G 2.2 FW ISPW file?

I hit restore, don't backup (I'm restoring on a new computer that phone is not sync'd with), and it says "There was a problem downloading the iPHone software for the iPhone "my name's iPhone". The requested resource was not found. I've seen the link for the ispw file on here numerous times, I just can't find it right now.

type "2.2 IPSW " into google and theres plenty of sites where you can download it from!

Or, with your phone connected, start the upgrade process and when it starts downloading, unplug your phone. It should ask you about what you want to do and one of the options is to simply download the file.

It's Shift and the Restore button to search your PC for the existing file, but if you have never downloaded it, then that's pointless.
