cydia n all those programs

I went into manage on cydia and it has a lot of programs that I don't remember downloading. What are they n which ones are ok to delete if I'm not using? Help

When you first installed Cydia, you probably elected to show all programs, even the developer ones. A lot of these things you're seeing are installed along with other programs as support systems. They shouldn't be uninstalled by themselves, or the program they are designed to support won't work.

If you don't want to see those programs in your list, change your settings in Cydia to a basic user setting. It is as deep as most people need to get involved with those things.
