I went ahead and backed up my Iphone lastnight incase my phone brakes and I need to restore it.

Question 1. I backed up by iphone using my company's laptop, can I make a back up of my back up iphone incase I need to return my laptop and I need to reinstall Itunes in a different computer?

After Jailbreaking can I completely restored my iphone without living trances and how? Thanks for all your help.
