Do you mean the rotary dialer?

I have an app that gives me the rotary dialer, but it's not my normal dialer meaning it doesn't come up everytime I want to dial a number. This a good thing as it's a PITA to use. It's fun to show people, but other than that, I don't use it to dial regularly.

The app is called Bakelite.
