can't access the App store

i can't create an account in app store, because i live in Egypt and all my credit cards have a local address. Everytime i login to iTunes to create an account to use in App store from my iphone, i get an automated message that my billing address does not match the credit card information ... don't know what to do?

as i know, the solution is easy. buy itunes gift cards from others, and use virtual US address to register account. it's all okay.
