photos not showing up when i sync

so when i open my camera roll on my iphone, it shows 303 photos. i just plugged it into my macbook pro to sync and it only showed about 30 or so most recent photos. i thought it was odd so i let the sync go through, rechecked my iphone, and yup 303 photos. so i plugged it back in and now on my iphoto it is showing now photos on my iphone, when i am looking at my iphone and it has 303 on it. pretty weird, has anyone experienced this. i'm not THAT worried about it, but i am leaving for a trip tomorrow and was planning on taking some photos. don't really want to not be able to get them off. oh well i guess if i really have to i could just email them all to myself (kill me now). FYI i'm running 2.2 firmware jailbroken with quickpwn. thanks.

Maybe I get you wrong - but why don't you just rip off all the cameraroll pictures (I don't know about Mac) in your Explorer (..that's Windows)? I'll use this way in my Windows Vista Explorer, and it's pretty easy to do..

yah i suppose i could use a program to just get all the photos off, but the pressing situation is why is this happening? i just took a bunch of pics today and now they won't even show up in iphoto when i connect my iphone. the picture spots are there, but no picture, and when i try to upload them i get an error. just trying to figure out if anyone else has encountered this. oh well, i guess i'll just get all my pics off and then restore and rejailbreak.
