Sync my Calendars

I am using my exchange account to sync my contacts and Calendars on in IPhone 3G. I can sync my mail ad contacts without any problem but the calendars cannot be sync. I don't see any error. The Calendars option is set ON.

Do somebody have any suggestion?

Go look in this thread for my response (PDACPA) and you will see how I made mine work. THis was with MM and not exchange, but it might help.
