Magnetic Cases Dangerous?

I was thinking about buying a case which snapped close via a magnetic system. Would the magnetic lock in any way damage the sensitive electronics of the iphone? I am wary, but anyone in here think otherwise? Or someone here an engineer?

Typically no, they will not effect your iphone or any electronic devices for that matter. (be careful not to let magnets touch the back of your credit card.)

The magnets are very weak on those types of things.
