so obviously i'm not holding my breath for customize to work anytime soon (hasn't for me since 2.0 and even before that for many others). so obviously making your own custom themes has to be possible via ssh. basically what i want to do is use ssh like the option in customize where you could choose icons, sliders, etc from all the themes.

so basically my question is where do the themes get saved when you download them, and where are the paths to the actual places where the icons are that are being used. this can't be that hard, i'm thinking all it takes is some moving around of certain files into the correct spot and you can change pretty much anything you want. i have some themes that i love some icons and stuff from, but then there are other themes where different icons are better, so i'm caught in between. thanks in advance, i'm sure there are others out there with the same issue. i'm very experienced with ssh (cyberduck) and just need a little guidance with the paths i need to follow.

What I would do is go to a site that has all the themes for download on your Mac and then ssh them in. I don't know how you would go about getting them in the right directory. I think inside mobile there is a themes folder and that's where you put them. I'm not exactly sure though.

Themes are located at library/themes

What I do is download the themes through Cydia, then I SSH to Library/Themes, and double click the theme I just downloaded, there I can see all the files that make up a particular theme. I can then download them to my computer, and customize to my hearts content. The opposite is true if you download from a particular repository.
