I haven't used iBlacklist. So I dont' what features and it's capabilities are. But I do use MCleaner. It's a pretty good app IMO. I like the fact that you can create a Profile and choose what calls come through. You can set up call block mode by choosing whether to ignore the call, hang up, mute ringer, accept and hangup or busy to voicemail.

With the new update that came out today, there are sound options when you receive a blocked call or SMS (which is nice because you never knew there was a blocked call or SMS until you looked at your phone.)

The app is kept up pretty well as fas as updates go. Here's a link to their site that's got more info about the app.

well, my phone messed up right after i installed iblacklist, and required a restore, so im not sure if ill be trying that again anytime soon.... :(
