I had my v1 jailbroken back in the day but now with the appstore in place what's the point?

You can theme... Don't know if you themed your phone much, but that's something you can't do stock...

1. Themeing
2. Running processes and apps in the background (like, for Pandora or IM'ing)
3. Easy access to system toggles (Wifi, 3G, Edge, Brightness, Location, etc...) via SBsettings
4. Bright flashlight.

These are the only reasons I see to jailbreak anymore. Know that it will make your phone slower. It's barely worth it to me.

Seriously though, I jailbreak to theme, have video, and I can't live without the Catagories app, that alone is worth it to me.

Yeah tethering and categories are also pretty huge. I put Categories into the same, um, category as "themeing" really.

For me it's about the themes.

I can tether with NetShare thankfully. Actually, my 3G is still non-jailbroken since I got it replaced. I guess I should get on that.

Personally, I think catagories is in a catagory all by itself :).

Categories is a great space saver, though it could use some improvement.
