Wall-E through Handbrake

I spent a couple hours transferring it, tested it and it looked fine, until I watched a little bit. All of the Chapters are mixed up?? Anyone have any idea what caused this, and how to fix it? When I h/b'd it, it gave me 72 options that were each right around 1:30-40 long, I chose one of the longest, and it looks like I have the whole movie, but it's worthless to watch. I did Mr. Magoriums Wonder Imporium right before it, with no issues. Any input would be appreciated.

Copy protection. I had the same problem.

I ended up getting it working by using software to crack it. But I probably can't discuss much more on this type of forum.

I run a decrypter in the background, so that's not it. The movie is fine, it's just out of order.
