Hi, I bought the jawbone bluetooth headset. Does anyone know if there is a way for hands-free calling? Just say a name and the iphone calls that person in your contact list?

yep - you can sign up to an AT&T service which will voice dial for you.

It's not a phone feature at this point - but a service offered by AT&T

Log in to your AT&T account page and look under RATE PLAN & FEATURES/ADD/MANAGE FEATURES

They call it Voice Activated Dialing

Looking for simple and convenient hands-free calling? VoiceDial is here. Say the name or number after dialing *8 or *08 and VoiceDial does the dialing for you. It's great for people on the go.

The VoiceDial Address Book safely and securely stores your contacts, so you don't have to worry about losing important numbers if you change or lose your phone.

Sorry to be the Devil's Advocate here, but doesn't the need to hit *8 or *08 somewhat defeat the purpose of "hands free dialing"?..lol. In the same number of key strokes, you could call the contact.
