on their site it says they charge you for using it through your carrier, how can this be?

they charge to send sms through them, an alternative to paying for sms from your carrier...that is the credits part. if you have messaging with your carrier, just send sms through them instead

Im wondering...How can they charge you if you done ever have to buy BiteSMS:gasp:

you don't have to buy Bitesms, that is correct. But if you don't have messaging through your provider and pay per message, ATT is .10, you can purchase "credits" through the maker of bitesms and set the app to send via bitesms network for cheaper. But if you have a messaging plan, $30 for unlimited family here, than don't worry.
