They all look pretty sweet. Just make sure it charges while playing. Ive heard that could be a problem with some of these type of home audio systems

lol, I'm pretty sure they all charge it while it plays. I just don't know which has the best sound quality.

Some will actually not charge the iPhone 3G while playing, though they will charge the iPod touch. I've seen it somewhere.

I bought this one and love it. Made especially for iphone. It has a pop out charge dock so you never get dust on the dock. It charges great, nice speaker, and you can wake up to any song you want. Also has a cd player. Best Buy has had it as low as $79.

Does it have good sound? Like if I turn it up loud will the bass sound good and not distorted? Thanks

Yes, I think it has great sound, although I don't blast it or anything. But you can go to Best Buy or other electronic store to check it out. I actually had to go look at it first and play with it and loved it. I especially love the fact that I place my iphone on it at night and it's right there when I wake up all charged and ready to go.

If you click on each one and go to the specs page, at the bottom you will that that they are all 3G compatible.

I really like that Sony one but I'm not sure. I think I might jut get cheapest ihome.

I guess it is like Connie said, you have to see it in person. I really don't care for it in the picture.
As for the Ihome, I bet the sound quality is about the same in all of them. It's just that some have additional features that make them more expensive. IMO the $100 looks the best and would have enough features for me.

I have the P99 I love it it comes with the fitted dock attachments but, I choose not to use so I can dock it with my case on.. It's the perfect clock it charges plays music it even plays any radio app like Pandora, AOL RADIO etc.. Overall excellent...
