How to SSH into phone?

How can I SSH into my 3G? Its jailbroke on 2.2 but I don't have a wifi network.. Is there a way to SSH into my phone through the USB?

Thanks guys! I used iphonebrowser and just copy pasted all the videos i had in the Iphone video recorder app. I wonder why no one recommended this earlier. Its so much simpler than trying to figure out SSH.

DiskAid is compatible with Mac & PC. You don't need Wifi to connect. Just a suggestion. Very useful when you're at work or somewhere you can't access wifi. Plus you don't need to have OpenSSH installed or be jailbroken to use it.

Is iPhoneBrowser a SSH program? Are you SSH'ing when modifying themes, coping files from Cycorder to the hard drive, etc with iPhoneBrowser?

Yes iPhoneBrowser is one of many SSH programs available. It gives you full access to the phones directories.
