I want a case that covers and protects the front, I can't understand cases that leave the most vunerable part of the iPhone -the front- completely unprotected.

I just looked at an unboxing of the Vaja case on YouTube and it's an absolutely beautiful looking case. My only problem with it is that it leaves the top exposed in the case of dropping the iPhone. If it had covered the iPhone better I'd be ordering one now.

Have you looked into BestSkinsEver or bodyguardz? I can't imagine wanting a case that has a piece of plastic over the screen like that one link above.

I have a Case-Mate Naked Case (http://www.case-mate.com/phones/apple3G/Colored-Naked-Cases-for-iPhone-3G) that is very similar to the Rocketfish one. I like that it covers the front but the case screen sticks to the iPhone screen a lot. I just give a the case a little squeeze to separate it from the iPhone. The "click-snap" back clasp scratched up the back of my iPhone :frown: . Dust also sneaks in there and every once in awhile (like every 2-3 days) I have to take the case off and wipe off the dust inside. There's a clip holster (http://www.case-mate.com/phones/apple3G/Naked-Holster) that you can get separately but the clip is pretty weak IMO. (There's a case/holster combo (http://www.case-mate.com/phones/apple3G/The-Naked-Case-Holster-Combo)too.)

I am glad you asked this question. I was coming here today to ask the same thing:wink:

I have 3 toddlers who sometimes get ahold of my phone, so I need complete protection.

What do you guys think about these two cases? Do either of them have the front cover?

i disagree with the front of the iphone being the most vulnerable part. quite the contrary, in fact. After 17 months, the glass screen is the least damaged part of my iphone. And this is a v1, which has an aluminum case. So on a 3g, i would definitely say the plastic case is most vulnerable to damage.

They're idiots because of one typo? I think they're Chinese, they ship out of Hong Kong.

Perhaps I was too harsh, but if you have a typo on your website, you're really bad. With all of the spelling and grammar checking in software these days, typos are unacceptable to me.

except "prefect" is a real word, so it would have slipped past spell checking.

still, proofreading is a good thing.

Spelling, yeah, but not grammar.

actually people in hong kong have quite good English these days. I would know, used to live there for seven years.
