Question regarding 30 day return period

I was thinking of refurning my 8gb 3G and getting a 16gb 3G. I read on AT&T that there is a 10% restocking fee but other than that it looks like this should not be a problem?

Also I bought it at best buy - does that mean I have to return it at that best buy or can I go to any AT&T store? The best buy is on the way back from work, but there is an AT&T store just minutes away from my house.

I would say that you need to return it to Best Buy as you have a receipt for the purchase at that location.

I would take to Best Buy. I think going to ATT would be a wasted trip even if it is closer.

Thanks for the advice, I stopped at best buy on the way back from work and exchanged with no issues.
