Getting cover art for movies

Is there a way to get cover art for movies that I'm converting onto my itunes account? I currently use DVD Decryptor and Videora to decrypt and convert. I have tried several movies and all I have is the actual movie studio as the cover art. Also, I have noticed that at the begining of each movie it tends to be faded slightly but about 5 seconds into it will fix itself. I would appreciate any advice that anyone can give me.
