Deleting e mails [Archive]

I have an I phone with e-mail from AOL. Now when i try to delete e-mail i get the response"Cannot move to trASH" and the e-mail is not deleted. Have any suggestions.

This has been reported many times over the last few days. Nobody seems to know why. Mine fixed itself after a re-boot. Give it a try

Other users have experienced trouble trying to delete email from certain accounts, especially AOL. A simple fix is goign to Settings > Mail > Contacts > Calendars > (Your account name) > Advanced > Deleted Mailbox and selecting "On My iPhone" Trash for POP or "On the Server" for IMAP.
