Probably going to be slow around here tomorrow, so wanted to take this time to wish everyone at EIC a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope everyone has a good day with family and friends and let's remember out troops overseas that make tomorrow possible for us. Without these fine men and women, there would be no freedom and nothing to be thankful for.

Speaking of safe, I heard today that the Thanksgiving holiday is the deadliest of all holidays. More than New Years and Fourth of July. This suprised me, so everyone DO be careful.

Do you have an income? Be thankful.

Are you in good health? Is your family? Be thankful.

Do you have a roof over your head that is not in foreclosure? Be thankful.

Will you be watching TV and eating a turkey instead of scanning a roadway for IEDs and suicide bombers? Be thankful.

Do you have 3G service? Definitely be thankful!


This is the one holiday a year where I take stock of my life and truly stop to appreciate what I have. Last year, I couldn't say "Yes" to many of the above items. This year, I can.

And I am thankful.

Ok going to bed for 3 days, that 15 hour flight home was way to long my butt is numb! LOL
