My friend and I have both iPhones since a few month. We changed for that to AT&T! We have a family plan which is supposed to cost 74.99$ and is supposed to include:
unlimited internet and data (30$ data package included), unlimited talk inside the AT&T net, unlimited messaging and 450 rollover minutes.
Thats what the flyer states and what we wanted.

1st hangup:
When we signed up they told us SMS is not included and made us taking a 200 SMS plan for 5$ additional.....HMMM.. we thought we won't go over it anyway and agreed. It turns out we occationally go over and than are charged for any SMS above 200!

2nd hangup:
Than we went for 2 weeks to Europe and took the international data plan for 50$ additional per 30 days. Our bill was high. We would have expected something around 260 but it was over 330$ instead. Although we often had WiFi access it seems we were charged for data

3rd hangup:
We especially asked for the international data plan for 30 days. It turns out there was no note in our account for that so they keep charging us.
My friend called and it looks like he has finally succeeded in taking it off the bill.
But now it comes: The last bill for both of our phones is 630$ (250$ monthly service and 370$ usage)!! Taking 100$ off for the not used and wanted international data reduces the monthly service charges to the expected amount of 140$.

But what the heck are we charged for 370$ usage charges???

Are there other users out there who have/had the same issues?

Up to now I am very dissatisfied with AT&T! The people in the stores are total dummis. And my friend said when he called and try to talk to them they are totally incompetent and have no clue.

Any help?

Thanks a lot for reading through and any help/inside you can provide.

Happy Holidays.
